Daniel really took the time to help me find the best loan. Most companies dismissed me or offered to lend me less than I was willing to put down. He took the time and suggested an alternate path by taking a Fannie May course which was actually surprisingly insightful and periodically checked in on my progress and if I had a questions. His calm nature and professionalism was perfect. I had no problem knowing I chose the right person and company. Even my realtor was glad to hear I was working with this company. Dan was completely flexible with my schedule and helped all the way through the process. My sister recommended him and I would recommend him to others.

These guys as a whole are extremely communicative. They explain the process very thoroughly and make sure to keep you ahead of anything required. The whole team was courteous, professional, and timely with all their requests. We were able to get a homeowners insurance also so that killed two birds for us. The entire journey was smooth and I would gladly recommend them for anyone’s needs regarding lending for a future place.
